Product Description
E-motos often arrive partially assembled in a crate, and proper setup is critical for performance, safety, and long-term reliability. Our E-Moto Build and Prep Service takes the guesswork out of the process by having our experienced technicians professionally assemble and inspect your bike.

During the build process, we carefully install and inspect major components, verify proper torque on critical hardware, check electrical connections, and ensure the battery and charging system are functioning correctly. Brakes, drivetrain components, and suspension are also checked so your bike performs the way it should.

Whether you're picking up a new E-Ride Pro, Ventus, Arctic Leopard, Electro & Co, or similar electric moto, our build service ensures your machine is dialed in and ready to ride the moment you leave the shop.

We use a premium delivery service to deliver all of our bikes to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles from a different warehouse so may arrive separately to any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.

Your product is covered by a 12 month Warranty or more if you opted for the extended warranty. Make sure you register your product.
